Homework!~
Yo again.. Haha... Homework for today ( 25/01/2010 ) Science Plant research! Due tmr! Please bring it tmr OR ELSE WE WILL BE HAVING A BORING SCIENCE LESSON EVERYTIME!!! This thursday we will be having Maths and Science test!.. English test on friday and for 2/1 chinese class, the test will be on friday also ( open book ).. HOMEWORK!
YO TWO-ONE!~ Almost type one-one =d.. Okay.. I am here to remind you about the homeworks.. Homeworks: Maths - Execise 2.1 & 2.2 plus the maths worksheets that Mrs Norman give de.. ( next tuesday ) History - Newspaper reflection ( tmr 22/01/2010 ) & Questions... Questions 1.Define ' Monopoly ' 2. In opinion, what are the advantages of getting a monopoly over something? Quote an example E.G sale of school uniforms, fast food chain. 3. Why did the Dutch and British compete for monopoly over the trade routes. 4.Explain how the Dutch was able to enjoy trade monopoly in Southeast Asia and how did they impose the trade monopoly ( list down the terms ) Why did the British need to look for a new settlement? 1. Bencooleh and Penang were unsuitable as trading ports ( explains ) 2. European rivalry and Dutch monopoly in the region ( Putch charged British traders high taxes on their goods, impose strict rules/ restricition etc - explain ) 3. Importance of India - China trade ( Incrative - Explain ) All of this is due tmr 22/01/2010 Geography - Due 14 FEB Valentine!!! Details will be on ur workbook page 53.
